Debra Armstrong

Debra is an Educator, Trainer, and Coach.  with over 10 years’ experience as a business educator and trainer.   She has spent the past 7 years working with aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners.  Including as the Training Manager at Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, in the San Francisco Bay Area.  While there she helped 100+ aspiring business owners and developed curricula that was used in classes throughout the Bay Area. She also lead the startup team with Steve to create and launch Essex Marketing and Fulfillment Center, in San Rafael, CA. Supporting companies and brokers with marketing materials, product and promotional fulfilment. Debra holds a Bachelor’s in business, a Master’s in Education and is a Certified Coach with ICF (International Coaching Federation) and was a Small Business Development Center advisor in Northern CA.

G. Steven Cleere is a Retail Marketing Expert an Advisor, Consultant and Founder Coach. He is the Host of the popular NexxtLevel Brands Podcast focused on Emerging Brands and what they need for success. Steve was a founding partner of Trademarketing Inc. a successful retail marketing agency located in SOMA, San Francisco. Leading this agency for over 20+ years he worked with well established brands such as Nestle, Clif Bar, El Monterey Frozen Foods, Tetley Tea, Traditional Medicinals, Claritin and Hasbro. Helping them create successful strategies for retail and new product launches including the launch of Luna and Mojo bars with Clif. Steve got “hooked” working with smaller emerging and startup brands when he began volunteering as a mentor for an Entrepreneurial Incubator space, with a commercial kitchen in the bay area. Loving working with these smaller brands he has sought out and helped companies launch and grow. These companies include Echo Lunch Box, Gr8Nola, Spouted Mind, The Muscle Donut, Hot Eric, and Sun Rise Fresh Dried Fruits
